Course Planning and Feedback
You can be sure to receive a thoroughly well planned training experience with
time to complete the exercises. We listen to what our customers tell us, and
the use of feedback forms at course completion is an important part of our
process review to maintain and enhance our training products and delivery.
Trainers
Our trainers have a
broad base of experience to draw upon. We all know that one can study for a
certificate, but what it's impossible to do, is to pretend that you have real
world experience when you don't. This is never more evident than when a student
asks the first off-topic or difficult question. Experience Counts !
Complaints Procedure
We don't anticipate
complaints as we do everything possible to ensure our customers receive a
premium service and get exactly what they expected us to deliver. However, if
we receive a complaint we have a formal complaints procedure which you will
receive in your welcome pack.
Practical Work
All courses contain
a practical element where the student is expected to participate in the
completion of Lab's , this helps to fuse the theory ,and achieve a cogent
understanding, promoting a longer memory of the material which is covered in
the course.

All Locations
Private courses can be run anywhere in the UK either at your site
or at an agreed venue.
Blending
We are able to tailor courses if required to your specific
requirements, however, this will involve additional cost.
